• Wigs, bodysuits, or pierced earrings (hygiene reasons)

📦 How to Return

1. Email Us within 30 days of delivery:

   • Subject: Return Request – [Order #]

   • Include: Photos of the item(s) + reason for return

2. Get Approved

   • We’ll email a FREE USPS return label (USA/Canada) within 24 hours.

   • International customers: We’ll provide return instructions.

3. Ship It Back

   • Drop off at any USPS location (USA) or carrier of choice (int’l).

   • Pack securely to prevent damage!

• Timing: Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

• Method: Original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• Exceptions: Sale items refunded as store credit.
